If I had to plan for it or look out what I needed, I probably wouldn't get much done either, lol

See, told you I wasn't a big help, heheh.

However, here's a thought.....Could you get one of those storage boxes or similar (they're called R.U.B boxes here) and they have snap on lids where you could dump all your supplies into it and have it to hand where you sit and stitch, but when you're not - the snap lid would keep nosey puppies out?

Just a thought :)The Silver Thistlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08195004472008307994noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31707575.post-762215329123081302007-04-17T23:38:00.000-07:002007-04-17T23:38:00.000-07:00Hi Claudia! I'd say, listen to your body who tells you to take a break, and don't worry too much about the stitching slump. I'm sure the mojo will come back when you're ready. It's a hobby, not an obligation, right?Kitty Couturehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18366261017869630923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31707575.post-52714890310215497042007-04-17T11:53:00.000-07:002007-04-17T11:53:00.000-07:00Hi Claudia...I don't have a puppy, but I have 4 ki...Hi Claudia...I don't have a puppy, but I have 4 kids ages 9 on down to 18 months....so they are like a pack of puppies really. I keep all my stitching stuff in our family room...what I do is...I keep it in a trunk or chest (actually it's my hope chest that my mother and grandpa made for my HS graduation) It's about 4 feet long and 2 feet deep. When I get done...I put everything right back in the chest and then little hands don't bother with it. It's decorative and sits on the floor so its a piece of beautiful furniture for our family room, but useful with holding my stitching stash. Maybe you can get or have something like this? My chest sits right by my sewing chair so it's right at hand anytime I have a moment. Hope this maybe helps?!Vonna Pfeifferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16483344299817504410noreply@blogger.com
