I skipped a week

But I still lost! I was down 1.4 pounds the last time and this week I am down 4 pounds. I lost so much because I got back to work where you have to do stairs everytime you need to use the computers and I needed to use them a lot! I felt really excited about my weigh in this week! Now, I just have to get used to getting up at 5 every morning, because I have to get to work. My little "vacation" was great, but it taught me to get a lttle lazy.
